Procurement & Shorting
We procure best raw material from the mines that have high concentration of pure quality minerals. Procurement of crude begins the control on quality and segregation of material with our skilled workforce, this enables us to maintain low infrastructural and supply chain cost and high grade quality of our products, thus making us more competitive.
Production
First we wash our material then processed through ball mills and micronizers and we regularly check our material mesh size and color after every batch of 20 to 25 bags, so that we can deliver our customer desired quality. Our material is produced by highly experienced technicians utilizing the latest technologies.
Quality Control
Quality is the foremost factor that determines the goodwill of our company. Customers are only satisfied if they receive quality in return of the money invested. And we in all circumstances make sure that the quality ingredients are used in the formulation of these products. The content, effectiveness, shell life and other such
properties like mesh size, brightness appearance are tested with modern technology testing machine by our quality experts.
Packing Facilities
We also have an excellent facility to store and handle our product more efficiently. Rajasthan Dhatu believes that good product comes in better packing. As a result high quality HDPE bags are used to pack our products. Packing of products creates impression on customers mind and client satisfied if they get the product in proper packing. Packing is available in 50kg, 25kg, 1MT HDPE jumbo bags as per customer needs and requirements.
Logistics
Our Logistics department will advise you about the most appropriate and cost effective way to transport material to your production units using the road, rail, river or Maritime networks. Thanks to our skill workforce modern technology machine, strong distribution center, thus we can guarantee our customer quick and reliable delivery.
